When will my package be packed and delivered?
Your package will be carefully sorted and packed the same day of ordering. Our distribution facility will make sure that orders that have been placed before 18:00 (CEST - Amsterdam Time), will be shipped the same day.
Orders to The Netherlands, Germany & Belgium usually arrive within 2 working days. Orders within the EU usually arrive in 4 working days. Orders to the UK usually arrive within 5-7 working days.
Orders to the USA & Canada usually arrive within 6 working days (military addresses, excluded). Orders from outside the earlier mentioned regions usually arrive within 7-12 working days. US military packages will usually arrive within 3-5 weeks.
