Which type of Pre-Workout should I get?
We advise to take a 'regular' Pre-Workout with caffeine if you enjoy and can use the benefits and when you train in the morning or mid day/early evening. The caffeine will give you an extra boost to wake and use your energy.
If you train during the (late) evening or at night time, we advise to use the Stimm-Free (without caffeine) version. You will get the same benefits as the regular pre-workout without the 'wake' feeling, so you will have an easier time resting and falling asleep after your workout.
If you are curious or train both at day- and night time, we advise to order both!
